Bean curd rolls with prawn (鮮蝦腐皮卷) - nice and freshly deep-fried, the bean curd skin was very crispy. The prawn filling was deliciously crunchy, too.
Fried rice noodle rolls with dried shrimp and egg (蛋煎蝦米腸) - I had never had this before and it didn't quite turn out as I expected. First of all, the portion was much bigger than I had anticipated. The omelette was also a little too thick and fluffy which, while nice as an omelette, meant that the rice noodle rolls didn't make proper contact with the frying surface. So there was no browning on the cheung fun (腸粉), which was slightly disappointing. Oh well. Still reasonably tasty, though.
